We want you to love your tea! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages.

We carefully pack and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Your teas are shipped fresh to ensure the best flavor and quality. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
