Processing & Shipping
We carefully pack and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Your teas are shipped fresh to ensure the best flavor and quality. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds
Your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or refund. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already begun processing your order.
